The MoniLog client is optional and needs not to be present on a system that is used to generate scheduled reports.
Please note that MoniLog is developed under Windows 2000. It is tested both under Windows 2000 as well as NT 4.0.
Important note for EventReporter or MonitorWare Agent configuration
MoniLog does need a specific format in order to generate the reports. To select that format, start the EventReporter client and switch to the "General" tab. There, check the "Add facilitystring" box and uncheck the "Add Username" and "Syslog Message Numbers" boxes. The same applies to the respective fields in MonitorWare Agent's event log monitor settings.
