In this view, you can set options for the current profile. In the Screenshot below, the profile is called "MonilogTest1".

Reports Location

Reports Location identifies where the report page should be created. Typically, a directory published through a web site (can be in the form \\SERVER\SHARE or DRIVE:\DIRECTORY)


Servers to Analyze

Specify the computer names of the clients to be included in the report, "*" means all. If only specific servers have to be analyzed, the names of the servers have to be specified, separated by comma. The name of the server is the name that the machine reports in the event log (the NetBIOS name).


HTTP File Name


The name of the http report (the date of the report will automatically be attached).


Counter Threshold


When a repeated event reaches this number, it will be displayed with a different color in the report (the setting of the color can be made in "Report Appearance"). This way, the user notices this quickly and easily in order to proceed, if necessary, in further investigation.


Maximum Reported Events


The maximum number of events that should be displayed in the report.


Consolidate Time


The time is consolidated if possible.


Create IP Links


If IP Addresses are found in Syslog messages, they will become clickable (Linked with the "whois" engine of www.eventid.net ).


Enable Email delivery

If enabled, you can set additional Email options by clicking the Email options button.


Enable Schedule

If enabled, you can set additional Scheduled options by clicking the Scheduled Options button.

Analyze Now!


This will generate the report immediately with the current settings and open it in your default web browser.
