MoniLog Client -- Empty Report

I get an empty report in MoniLog although the configuration looks correct. What
to do?
This can occur if EventReporter or MonitorWare Agent aren't properly configured
for Monilog. There is a Button "Configure for MoniLog" on the General Tab of
EventReporter Client and in the configuration window of the Event Log Services
of MonitorWare Agent Client. If you press it, "Use Lecacy Format" as well as
"Add Facilitystring" will be checked. Of course, you can also manually check these options.
